FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Why should I purchase an album from The Wedding Album Boutique?
We are a small family run business with huge experience in manufacturing and producing professional wedding albums. Quality and design are at the forefront of everything we do so we include a lifetime guarantee on all of our wedding albums. When you buy a wedding album from The Wedding Album Boutique, you’re purchasing a professional quality product that is designed with love and care.
How do I know what size album to choose?
This depends on how big you want your finished album to be. 10" x 10" is a popular choice amongst couples that want their album to be on display in their home (perhaps on a coffee table) and 12" x 16" is popular for couples that want to have a really impressive wedding album. Most couples opt for something in the middle so 12" x 12" and 10" x 14" are our most popular sizes.
Should I go for a square or a rectangular album?
This is really a personal choice and both look great. During 2014 we found that the square album was the most popular. It is also worth noting that when you open a square album to reveal a double page spread you have a large rectangle across both pages which is a great design space for both individual images and group shots.
If I am unhappy with my purchase what do I need to do?
The Wedding Album Boutique offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are unhappy with your album you just need to contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns.

Our albums are the same ones used by the professional photographers for whom we provide an album service, whether they order through the Wedding Album Boutique or direct from us.
Are the album pages thick or flimsy like the ones sold in the general market place?
Our albums are manufactured to a high standard with photographs being bound into the album to make a solid and sturdy block.
Are your album covers made from leather?

All our albums are exclusively produced in Italy to our exacting standards and designs.
If I order parent albums will they be exactly the same as the main album?
The Parent albums are in the same proportions as the main album and the inside design is the same but they are smaller and it is possible that you can lose some of the image area due to the manufacturing process. Please note the cover designs for Parent albums do change compared to the main albums. These changes can be seen on the relevant album website page.

PHOTOGRAPHY
I have seen an album I would like to use for my wedding images. Can you recommend a photographer?
At The Wedding Album Boutique we don't recommend photographers. We do, however, have a 'find a photographer' section on the website you can use to search for a photographer local to you. We would suggest that you select two or three photographers in your area and look at their websites and the style of photography they supply. Once you have selected a photographer simply let them know you would like to use the Wedding Album Boutique to fulfil your album requirement.
Have you any tips on choosing a wedding photographer?
You should consider the photographers experience and look at any sample images they might have. It can be helpful to meet with the photographer so they can answer any questions you might have and to ensure you’ll be comfortable working with them on the day of your wedding.
How much should I pay for wedding photography?
Your photographer will offer you a menu of services which includes the post production work on the computer where a lot of the design and value is added. You should select the level of service you need to ensure your images are prepared to the standard you want for your album.
